Klinik Pergigian Teluk Wanjah
No.1 - Pengenalan Projek
Projek ini terletak di daerah kota setar, alor setar kedah darul aman. Ini merupakan projek pertama saya yang melibatkan Bangunan Kesihatan (Pergigian). Seperti yang semua maklum, projek-projek yang melibatkan Bangunan Kesihatan merupakan projek yang akan mencabar untuk menyiapkannya.
Setelah mendapat tugasan ini, perkara yang pertama yang perlu di lakukan adakah mengenalpasti lokasi tapak pembinaan ini (Lawatan Tapak). Sebab-sebab utama pergi lawatan tapak adalah:-
1. Membuat 'marking' terhadap servis-servis yang terdapat berhampiran tapak cadangan pembinaan seperti TNB Substation, tiang-tiang TNB, Manhole Telekom JC9/C, JB30, tiang-tiang Telekom, Paip-paip air sediada dan sebagainya.
2. Laporan keadaan tapak perlu dibuat untuk di serahkan kepada pelanggan berkenaan dengan info-info yang di peroleh di tapak. Ini sangat penting kerana ianya mungkin akan melibatkan tambahan dari segi kos projek, contohnya jika kawasan yang agak terpinggir tambahan kos adalah diperlukan untuk pemasangan paip-paip air, saluran telefon, Kabel elektrik dan sebagainya. Dalam kes Klinik Pergigian Teluk Wanjah ini, di dapati terdapat beberapa tiang TNB dan tiang Telekom yang perlu diubah kedudukannya kerana kedudukannya yang berada di atas cadangan tapak pembangunan. Di samping itu, terdapat juga paip air yang perlu di buat pengubahsuaian lokasi. (Rujuk Post saya sebelum ini-Laporan Lawatan Tapak Klinik Teluk Wanjah)
3. Memaklumkan kepada pihak Jurukur Bahan (QS) berkenaan dengan anggaran kos tambahan yang perlu dimasukkan kedalam kontrak iaitu kos pengubahan tiang-tiang elektrik dan telekom sediada serta paip air yang terdapat dalam kawasan cadangan pembinaan. Untuk projek ini, terdapat keperluan untuk tambahan kos pengubahan kedudukan tiang elektrik TNB dan Telekom.
Kebiasaannya, pada masa ini pihak 'Lead Consultant' iaitu Arkitek akan mengadakan Mesyuarat dengan semua pihak iaitu Pengguna (KKM Bahagian Pergigian), Penguasa (KKM Bahagian Projek), Jurutera Struktur, Juruukur Bahan, dan kami selaku Jurutera M&E. Mesyuarat ini bertujuan untuk membincangkan kehendak-kehendak pengguna berkenaan dengan Rekabentuk, Sistem M&E yang perlu ada di dalam Klinik Pergigian ini dan sebagainya.
Bagi Skop M&E, pihak pengguna memerlukan perkara-perkara berikut bagi membolehkan Klinik Pergigian ini dapat beroperasi:-

B) Mechanical Installation
1. ACMV System (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)
2. Fire Protection System
3. Internal Cold Water System
4. Internal Sanitary System
5. Compress Dry Air System (Medical Type) for Dental Chair
6. Suction System for Dental Chair
7. LPG System
Selepas mendapat info dari pihak pengguna, langkah seterusnya adalah Merekabentuk Sistem M&E untuk dikemukakan kepada KKM (Bahagian Projek) untuk semakan.

Laporan Lawatan Tapak Klinik Teluk Wanjah

SINGLE CHAMBER SUBSTATION FOR “KOMPLEKS BELIA & SUKAN”
Time : 12:30pm
Venue : Klinik Pergigian Teluk Wanjah, Alor Setar,
Kedah.
After a site visit dated 20th
May 2010 at Klinik Pergigian Teluk Wanjah, Alor Setar, Kedah, we hereby pleased
to conclude the following matters for kind references:
1)
Electrical
Power Supply Infrastructure
i. From
our site visit, we have checked on the existing power supply to existing building
(Asrama Doktor Pelatih). The existing power supply was supplied from overhead
cable from nearest TNB concrete pole.
ii. The
nearest existing TNB Sub-Station is “Pencawang Elektrik Kompleks Belia Dan
Sukan” which is about 600m from our site.
iii. This
existing TNB Sub-Station is a single chamber Sub-Station.
iv. We
believe that the existing Sub-Station is used to supply electrical power only
for “Kompleks Belia Dan Sukan”
v. For
this project, we believe the maximum demand for electrical power supply is more
than 120kw which shall require a new TNB Sub-Station.
2)
Telecommunication
Infrastructure
i.
From
our site visit, this existing telephone was supplied from overhead cable from
nearby existing telephone pole.
ii.
This
existing building (Asrama Doktor Pelatih) receives many telephone line and the
telephone distribution to building was not properly done.
iii.
We
would like to suggest a proper underground telephone incoming with proper
distribution plan for telephone, fax and internet facilities.
3)
Street
Lighting Facilities
i.
From
our site visit, there is no existing street lighting in the Asrama Doktor
Pelatih at the existing service road on our site.
ii.
We
would need to provide Street Lighting services as it would be one of “Majlis
Daerah” requirement for new development.
4)
Compound
Lighting Facilities
i.
From
our site visit, the existing compound lighting is installed at compound area
which is located at compound area and mounted on an existing building.
ii.
We
would like to suggest replacing the compound lighting to a proper position.
5)
Incoming
water supply
i.
From
our site visit, the incoming water supply is located at 2nd main
entrance at a back of existing building.
ii.
The
incoming water supply pipe is 110mm HDPE.
iii.
The
location of bulk meter can be maintained and can use for temporary water supply
for the construction.
The
following Figure 1 shows the location of “TAPAK CADANGAN” Klinik Pergigian
Teluk Wanjah and existing TNB single chamber for Kompleks Belia & Sukan. This existing TNB Sub-Station is
located in the Kompleks Belia & Sukan compound.

Infrastructure
Figure 4 shows the existing Telekom
incoming overhead cable from nearby Telekom pole and figure 5 shows existing
Telekom manhole type JC9/C.

Street Lighting
Facilities
There are still no street lighting
facilities available at a main entrance of existing Asrama Doktor Pelatih. We
have noticed that the street lighting facilities is only been provided until “Pusat
Latihan Lanjutan” as shown in figure 6.
